Mr. Longacre has practiced law in the Toledo, Ohio area for over 17 years. During that time, he has acquired significant experience in many different areas of law. These areas include corporate and business matters ranging from business mergers to simple asset acquisitions, to corporate formation. His experience enables him to provide service, advice and counsel on most any business matter ranging from employee issues to collection of past due accounts. Mr. Longacre has handled numerous real estate transactions, both commercial and residential, as both an attorney and a former loan officer. In addition, Mr. Longacre maintains a significant criminal practice, handling all types of felony and misdemeanor cases, as well as an active civil practice.
