
Attorney Ashley Fosgate
Ashley Fosgate is a dedicated attorney with a diverse background in law, finance, and public service. She earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, and Business Administration from Lourdes University in 2007 before pursuing her law degree at the University of Toledo.
Ashley began her career with the Ohio State Highway Patrol, where she served for eight years before transitioning to the Toledo Municipal Court. There, she worked alongside Judge Connelly, assisting in judicial research, documenting decisions, and structuring court operations. She also played a key role as the coordinator for the Veterans Treatment Court, ensuring specialized support for veterans navigating the legal system.
She later moved into private practice, focusing on ERISA compliance, and was instrumental in developing and coordinating a HIPAA and a cybersecurity compliance and auditing program. In 2025, Ashley joined Groth & Associates, where she now practices family law, bringing her extensive legal knowledge and commitment to justice to her clients.
